All our clients receive a detailed initial survey where we accurately measure your proposed new kitchen or bathroom and discuss your requirements in detail. We will give you some guidance on possible layouts and establish a clear picture of what you would like from your new kitchen or bathroom.

From the information gathered we will then create a lifelike plan of your new ktchen or bathroom. This initial design, together with detailed images of the finish and layout is then discussed and amended to fulfil your expectations.

Once agreed the designs are submitted to our manufacturers and they create your bespoke kitchen or bathroom. A comprehensive schedule for your new project will be agreed with you and our fitting team.

We ensure that your project is managed from the design creation right through to final completion, taking all the worry out of the process for our clients.

We know from years of experience that the fitting of  your kitchen or bathroom is the most important part of the whole process, so we conduct regular site visits to ensure everything is progressing according to the agreed schedule, liaising with  our fitters regularly to ensure you get  perfect results within the  agreed time frame.                                                                       

Kitchen Improvement Surveys & Installations

Many of our clients simply upgrade or improve aspects of their existing kitchen. We have many years of experience in helping our customers make necessary adaptations to existing kitchens, bringing the kitchen back to life and replacing worn out appliances, work surfaces, sinks and taps etc.

We offer a FREE Survey Service prior to purchase and help guide customers towards appropriate products for their requirements. We ensure the existing cabinets can be adapted to accommodate new appliances and accurately measure for changes to work surfaces or other items.

Our experienced installations team then takes care of the rest, we will agree an installation date with you in advance and ensure everything needed to do the perfect job is available when required.

Developer Service

With many years of experience dealing with new build or restoration projects we are able to offer a comprehensive service to Builders and Developers. We can deal with projects large or small and have specific contract kitchens and appliances enabling us to work to price sensitive budgets.

We frequently work from architect plans to create initial design scenarios for our clients. We are then able to give accurate cost projections for the completed project.

Kitchens and bathrooms can be quoted for on a supply only or fully fitted basis.

Servicing - Appliances

We have many years of servicing all makes of domestic appliance. We provide a comprehensive ongoing service to our customers. We are usually able to get to our customers within 48 hours.
